Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

Each student hereby recognizes the inherent risk of injury associated with the art and sport of dance. As such, and in consideration for the mutual benefits received stemming from this contract as a whole students hereby assume the risk of injury associated with dance and agree to hold harmless West End Dance Company at 21 Augusta St., Unit L, Greenville, SC 29601, It’s officers, instructors, heirs, successors, or assigns from any injury occurring in the course of dance to seek legal counsel if you do not understand its contents.
